Store page redirect to 404 error page

    Hello, good day, we’re having some issue using WoodMart and Dokan.
    When we click the store page breadcrumb https://prnt.sc/Irl9mBkR8toE it redirect to the 404 error page: https://prnt.sc/1mLWm26aoprg

    I’ve already contacted with Dokan support and they said that this should be fixed by the theme developer.
    Please let me know how to fix? I’ve already deactivated all plguins to check plugin conflict but it didn’t resolve.
