Sidebar filter for mobile not displayed.

I tried everything, the filter on mobile isn’t displayed. Please check. I have given the credentials. Its coming as static, it should open a sidebar when clicked on a button.

This option should be enabled as well – https://take.ms/JiEoj , also, you need to define the off-canvas button element to show the sidebar.

I have enabled all the settings above still the filter is not coming in tablet and mobile. Please check, i have already given the admin credentials. Please check once.
