inchinawowParticipantHello! This is my first time using the WoodMart theme. After importing the pre-made website template, the pages aren’t displaying properly. For specific issues, you can visit my website directly.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please send me access to the admin panel so I can reimport the dummy content.

inchinawowParticipantI’ve sent you the website backend information.

Luke NielsenKeymasterIt seems that your server blocks the CSS and other files even on the default theme – https://take.ms/OI7Jr
Contact your server support and ask them to investigate it, or ask which option could block it.
Kind Regards

inchinawowParticipantThe server provider replied:
Hello, according to the developer tool error details you provided, multiple SS/files failed to load (ERR_BLOCKED_BY_ORB). The server does not block these requests here.
The error message indicates a CSS file configuration error, font files being blocked, or cross-origin CSS not having CORS headers set. The main issue requires you to check your business configuration.July 8, 2025 at 3:32 pm #672490
Luke NielsenKeymasterHere is a screenshot from the default theme – https://take.ms/OI7Jr , so as you can see, this is not something caused by our theme because it blocks styles on the default theme as well.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It looks like the mb_strtolower function is disabled on your server. Contact your hosting provider for help with this.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It seems that the issue is related to your server because the image that is not showing doesn’t exist in this URL – https://img.pleaseoneself.com/uploads/2024/10/c2-blg-1-opt-127×90.jpg , it’s situated here – https://pleaseoneself.com/uploads/2024/10/c2-blg-1-opt-127×90.jpg
Kind Regards

inchinawowParticipantDo you have any recommended remote attachment plugins? The plugin I’m currently using is incompatible with my theme, causing CSS errors after activation.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Sorry, I cannot tell you exactly which plugin is the best for that situation. The thing is that if the plugin you use is incompatible with the theme, then most likely, it’s incompatible with the default theme as well.
Kind Regards
