Unable to Remove Banner from “Track Your Order” Page

I cannot remove this banner from anywhere on the “Track your order” page. Please help. Thank you in advance!

Hello,
Please navigate to Pages > Track Your Order, then click Edit with Elementor. From there, locate the banner container and simply remove it.

Hello, I had tried so many times before… Today I learned something new. That container really gave me a hard time. Thank you so much! By selecting it from the place you showed in the screenshot, I was finally able to mark the whole thing and delete it successfully. You can go ahead and close the topic.
