Clarification on moving license from clone to main domain

    Hello, Xtemos team.

    We are about to move our redesigned website from a clone environment (temporary subdirectory) to the main domain.

    Currently, the Woodmart theme license is activated on the clone. We would like to know if we need to deactivate it first on the clone before moving, or if we can simply transfer everything and reactivate it directly on the main domain without any issues.

    Could you please confirm the correct procedure to avoid any licensing conflicts?

    Hello,

    1 license key can be used once for the production site and once for the staging site. When activating it for the staging site, just enable an appropriate checkbox – https://prnt.sc/x2UsHXQNiVLJ

    But, after moving the site to the new domain, please make sure to deactivate the license on the previous environment. Once deactivated, you’ll be able to activate it on the new domain without any issues.

    In such a case, you can deactivate the key for the old domain in the settings of your account in our website and activate it for a new one 1 domain.

    Thank you for your support regarding the license transfer.

    I just wanted to let you know that I moved the new redesign to the main URL, and the license was switched automatically without any issues.

    I have already updated the theme to version 8.2.6 on the main site, and everything is working perfectly.
