It looks like the menu item you’re referring to is a product category link.
Here’s how you can check and manage it:
Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Sticky Navigation and verify the menu item. Then, navigate to Appearance > Menus, find and edit the menu. You’ll see the product category listed there as a menu item.
Additionally, you can also review or edit the category in Products > Categories if needed.

If you’d like to replace the product category links with custom links in the menu, here’s how you can do it:
Navigate to Appearance > Menus > On the left panel, choose “Custom Links” > Enter the desired URL and Link Text.

Click “Add to Menu”, then remove the existing category item. This will allow you to use any link you want instead of linking directly to product categories.

We need more categories for these menu items. As it turns out, only the first four work well, so I can change any links. Unfortunately, I can’t create new categories for the menu; it’s not accepted.

These are post Categories which you are seeing. You need to click on the screen options in the top right corner and enable the option products categories. Then you can add the product categories in the menu.
