Unable to update theme and reactivate

Hello I tried updating my woodmart theme, first I got an error mesage of :
Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I saw in you support that you advise to deactivate and reactivate the theme if it was moved in the past from one hosting to another.
I deactivated but cannot reactivate now. I downloaded the pdf of license and got the code from there but it is not working.
please help.
I mean deactivate and reactivate the licese.

Deactivate the activation via your account on our website and then activate it again in WoodMart -> Theme license.

I tried that and it didnt work
it says “The purchase code is invalid”
