uandiParticipantHi,
I’m trying to build my own custom shop archive layout.
At the top of the page I want:
1. The category page title background (dynamic value based on the category title background image)
2. The category page title (dynamic value based on the category name)
3. Category description (dynamic value based on the category description)
4. Carousel of child categories of current category onlyHow can I do it? I only see some elements I want to use, but I can’t find others. Can you please list all the elements I need to use in order to achieve the 4 goals above?
Thank you

uandiParticipantHello Hung,
I wish I could built you a sample, but I can’t and this is why I’m here asking for help. Here is a sample page that has some (not all) elements I want: https://woocommerce-1455136-5682679.cloudwaysapps.com/product-category/computer-office/
At the top of each shop archive page I want:
1. A background image (dynamic value based on the category title background image)
2. The category title (dynamic value based on the category name)
3. The Category description (dynamic value based on the category description)
4. Carousel of child categories of current category onlyI want to build the page using Elementor from scratch. So which elements (I need exact names) should I look for in order to build it?
Thank you

Hung PhamKeymasterHi uandi,
Thanks for details.
By default, when you are in the specific categories, it will displays title in the top. In order to display background image, you can set it via
Category page title background
https://prnt.sc/3KB8ucoFpEPW and description as well.Best Regards,

uandiParticipantHi Hung,
I guess we have some misunderstanding. Let’s try it again.
I want to use the “Layout” builder to build a shop archive page similar to this one: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-category/cooking/
I want to build it from scratch (not using any ready made templates). What elements (exact name) do I need to use in the layout builder in order to have:
1. A background image (dynamic value based on the category archive title background image)
2. The category archive title (dynamic value based on the category name)
3. The category archive description (dynamic value based on the category description)
4. Carousel of child categories of current category onlyFYI: 2 & 3 should show on the category background image, while number 4 should show in the next section (not on the background image).
Thank you

Hung PhamKeymasterHi uandi,
I fully understood what you want to achieve.
You can use
Layout
and select pre-defined layouts to save time, then you can modify the layout as you wanted. Please use above mentioned widget to see how it works.

uandiParticipantThank you Hung.
Still, can you please tell me which builder element I need to add to my custom layout if I want to be able to dynamically call the background image that was assigned at “Category page title background” (see attachment)?
Looking forward for your instructions.
