WPBakery Page Builder cannot be updated. It says that the download failed and the URL is invalid.

You can update this plugin to the latest version via Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Plugins. Let me know if it works for you.
If the issue remains, share the WP login details so can further check on your site and update the plugin on your site.
