    Hello Woodmart Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with the “Add to Cart” button on my product page when using the Fancy Product Designer plugin.

    Here’s what’s happening:

    – When a customer customizes a product using Fancy Product Designer and clicks “Add to Cart”, the design does not get saved or attached to the cart item.
    – Because of this, in the WooCommerce order, the customization data is missing, and the “Load in Order Viewer” button is not displayed.
    – I believe the problem is that the theme’s built-in “Add to Cart” button may not be fully compatible with Fancy Product Designer. Perhaps the default Woodmart button overrides or conflicts with the plugin.
    – I tried switching to the Astra theme temporarily, and everything worked perfectly — designs were saved, and the order viewer button appeared.
    – I’ve already tested disabling AJAX, checked theme settings, and ensured the plugin setup is correct.
    – Is there a way to allow Fancy Product Designer to take control over the Add to Cart button on Woodmart, or can you recommend a workaround to make it fully compatible?

    Thanks a lot in advance

    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Kind Regards

The thing is that all purchasing functionality is related to WooCommerce so it’s better to check it in the Storefront theme.

In any case, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing. Also, send access to the admin panel so I can investigate that issue.

    Kind Regards
