Search page not working

    Hi team,

    We have 2 webshops running with the Woodmart theme. On one webshop we are experiencing some problems with the search function.

    When we search a SKU via the search bar a product is showing. When you click on enter or the button ‘see all searches’, the search page shows no items. This problem is not with all SKUs.

    We searched in all settings and compared them with the settings from our webshop where the search function works well, but we can’t manage to find where the problem is.

    In the Private section I have added the login details from our staging area and more information for you as a reference.

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    Try to apply the patch 674753 from WoodMart > Patcher and clear your browser cache. Let me know how it works.

    Hey Hung,

    Amazing it works! Thank you very much. 2 other questions:

    1. If you search for SKU CK-003 you will see first products with CK-003 in the product text (not in the SKU) Scrolling down on the search result page than the product with SKU CK-003 is showing. Is there a possibility to first show the product with the SKU? Or even only show product that matches the search result by SKU.
    2. Furthermore if you click on the brand (image) for example on the product pages it is redirected to a 404 page. Can you check why this is happening?

    Okay. Did you also got the chance to check my second question:

    Please resave permalinks via Settings > Permalinks and double check.

    To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) of live site to Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.
