Hello,
You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

Navigate to Theme Settings -> Typography -> Advanced -> create a rule that is related to the Main navigation links – https://prnt.sc/hFOuFWJjJcAr , change font settings there, and recheck the issue.
If the issue remains, share the wp login details so I can check and give you a possible solution.
