Site performance really slow

Hello,
My site is really slow and unstable. Some customers say they can’t add products to the cart, others say they don’t see credit card fields on the phone, loading times are reeeally long… It’s ruining the whole experience of a simple ecommerce. I would say I don’t have many plugins, so I’ve tried everything and I cant’ find where the problem might be… Any advice?

As for the speed of the site, send access to the site and confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.

Please disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme
Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Thanks. Did you try yourself? I gave permissions. Otherwise, I will try to do it. Was 429 issue solved?
At the moment, I do not see 429 issues.
I suggest you make tests with the plugins so you will know exactly which plugins could cause those speed issues.
