Super Woocomerce Filter conflict?

Hello,
I’m trying to use Super WooComerce Product Filter found here: https://codecanyon.net/item/super-woocommerce-product-filters/49852702 and those developers told me this theme “is not properly built using WooCommerce classes”, which I’m not sure I believe, and therefore I have to use their rather boring shop page builder for their filter plugin to work. Could you take a look and see if this is something that can be fixed with some custom code or something? Thank you again.

1. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
2. For specialized assistance and potential solutions, I kindly suggest that you reach out directly to the author support team, who are better equipped to provide you with the guidance you requires.
3. Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
