Trouble editing my homepage and slides

I have touble editing my homepage and slides, host support told me that the issue is related to the woodmart theme, as these features were working when he switched to Twenty Twenty-Five theme.
my woodmart current version is 8.0.6 and I did not update to version 8.2.6.

when I choose “edit by elementor” (the front page) it stucks in the ” is loading ” step.
For slides when I enter edit > then enter my color code, click update > then save and publilsh page > the changes are not saving. still the old color code displays.

I updated all plugins and woodmart theme.
Woodmart child theme is activated from the first day I started.
When I disabled the below plugin I can edit the home page with elementor but the slides issue still exists.

now I deactivated the royal elementor plugin but the issue still exits, both issues of editing home page with elementor and editing slide color codes not saved.
Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily so we can investigate this issue.

ok, I disabled all plugins but there was no problem as I was using them for a while. This issue occures suddenly.
