Request to Transfer Theme Activation to New Domain

Dear XTemos Support Team,

I have a valid purchase code for one of your themes, and I previously activated it on my old domain: nexgenextracts.com. I have now moved my website to a new domain: nexzenextracts.com. However, the new domain is not showing up under my XTemos account, and I am unable to deactivate the old one myself.

Could you please: Deactivate the theme from nexgenextracts.com
Allow me to activate it on nexzenextracts.com
