Theme malfunction after buying the licensed theme elements

    Dear WoodMart Support Team,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I’m writing to report a critical issue I’m experiencing with the WoodMart theme after installing the latest update. Since the update, several theme elements have stopped functioning correctly, including:

    Some design elements are not rendering on the front end

    Page builder (such as WPBakery or Elementor) components are malfunctioning

    Widgets and custom theme settings are not saving properly

    Several previously working features have either disappeared or are no longer responsive

    I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache, deactivating plugins, and re-saving the theme settings, but the issues persist.

    Could you please look into this as a priority? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to resolve these problems or if a patch/fix is expected soon.

    HI, Team the error you guys just diagnosed is php error above 8.1 but its a error in the theme files and there is glitch i tried to switch my php version 8.3 to 8.1 but i am stil facing the same error.

    I enabled debug log and found no issues. Can you please rollback your site to the old version then I can see how was it looking?

    Hi HostGator Web Team,

    I recently changed my website and installed the WoodMart “Accessories & Mega Electronics” template, which I really like. However, after installation, the homepage is not displaying properly:

    Banners are not showing

    Sliders are not working

    Elements are not appearing as expected

    I need this fixed urgently as my work is already delayed. Kindly check and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Hi, yes please you are allowed to remove delete the content and reinstall woodmart according to your satisfaction so that we could come up with the soution.
