Let’s say I have Product A with 20 units in stock.
When the user tries to increase the quantity to 21, instead of showing a clear message like ‘Only 20 units available,’ the mini cart simply reloads. This makes the customer think it’s a glitch, so they try to add it again, causing confusion.
1. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
2. You also should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
