I am writing to report a mobile layout optimization issue on the WooCommerce checkout and payment pages. The pages are not displaying correctly on mobile devices. The buttons are popping out.
The pages in question are not built with Elementor, but with the default WooCommerce shortcodes.
We have already performed the following checks without success:
– The WoodMart theme is activated and fully updated.
– All caches (browser, site, and server) have been cleared.
– It has been confirmed that the issue is not with the header builder. We believe there may be a CSS conflict or a theme-specific rendering issue affecting the layout on mobile phones.
Could you please help us identify the cause and provide a solution?
Best regards,
Guilherme SousaAttachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

agenciarockptParticipantOlá. Bom dia!
Neste momento não consigo fazê-lo. E temo que a cliente possa perder vendas se fizer este teste.
Não há outra resolução? Visto que temos muitos poucos plugins no site…
Aguardo. ObrigadoAugust 5, 2025 at 2:36 pm #678101
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
For testing this issue, try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the wp login details of the staging site so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
The article below will help you to create it:
