    Hi there,

I have two items that I am hoping you can fix/talk me through.

    1. I have the “Open categories menu” setting selected for our homepage but it does not appear to be working. The only reason I can think of why is that we are using a different image slider. Can you please fix?

    2. I am trying to achieve the same Categories menu style to what is on http://www.skipthewarehouse.com. It’s essentially a series of parent categories and three sub-categories listed below each parent category. The 4th line is a link for “More categories >”. I’d like to do this dynamically instead of manually if it is possible. Can you help?

    Hello,

    01. Could you please send us some screenshots of the problems? This will help me analyze the problem and provide you with the best possible solution

    02. You can setup the same with the help of the mega menu, Follow this documentation: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/create-mega-menu/

    Aizaz,

I am very disappointed by your response. It was like you did not even read any of the details that I provided.

    1. Here is a screenshot. I hope this helps.

    2. I already have a mega menu created and assigned. Please read my previous message again and take a closer look.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    01. It looks like you may be referring to the “Open categories menu” option found in the Product Page Settings (bottom section when editing a product). https://postimg.cc/FdydQkSm

To have the categories menu appear by default on the homepage, please ensure that the Categories element is added to the Header Builder – this is what controls the visibility of the categories dropdown globally.

    02. Regarding your request to dynamically display a category layout similar to the one on skipthewarehouse.com — unfortunately, the theme doesn’t currently offer an automatic feature to generate this layout with parent categories, subcategories, and a “More categories” link dynamically.

    As a workaround, you can:

Edit the HTML Block > Use the Page Builder to add an Extra Menu List widget > Manually insert your parent and subcategories along with a custom “More categories” link to replicate the desired layout.

    Best Regards,
