Product page completely blank after theme update

    Dear WoodMart Support,

    after updating the WoodMart theme to version 8.2.7, we encountered a critical issue:
    product pages are now completely blank, except for the site header.

    What happens:

    No product content is shown at all: no image, title, price, description, or add to cart button — just the website header.

    The issue affects all single product pages.

    No changes were made to product templates or child theme overrides.

    What we tried:

    Activating the parent WoodMart theme — no effect.

    Switching to a default theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Four) — the product page displays correctly.

    Fixing a previous error related to woocommerce_get_alt_from_product_title_and_position() in product-image.php — resolved, but no improvement in display.

    Disabling plugins — no change.

    Checking browser console — we see a 500 error in the product page response.

    Debug log shows errors related to deprecated functions and custom image attributes.

    Environment:

    WordPress 6.8.2

    PHP 7.4.33

    WooCommerce (latest version)

    Theme: WoodMart 8.2.7

    Active plugins: 35

    PHP settings are currently below WoodMart recommendations (e.g. memory_limit = -1, max_input_vars = 5000)

    We kindly ask for your urgent assistance:

    Is this a known issue in the latest version?

    Could you suggest a fix or provide a link to download the previous stable version of the theme for rollback?

    I would like to inform you that the product page started working again only after I downgraded the theme to version 7.6.

    Please try to update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.2.7 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    If the issue still remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    If the issue still remains, share the wp login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
