I’ve been having a problem with the promotional price timers (countdown timer) on products for a while now – they get to 0 and stay that way and the promotion doesn’t change, it doesn’t disappear. Can you tell me how and what needs to be excluded in the caching plugins?

Hеre in the private, you can see the access and product.

The problem is general with the caching plugin, mainly and only with variations.

What happens is that when it reaches 0:0:0:0 the time remains cached and until I clear the cache, the customer sees the promotion with timer 0 but the promotion becomes valid for him by placing the order.. and I am at a loss like that. it is easy to see it in incognito mode after 24:00 h today – just put for testing one product.

If you know how to reduce the duration of the promotion and let it expire on its own for the test, that would be good.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and clear the server cache and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

If the issue remains, you need to increase the PHP Max Input Vars parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration. You can contact your hosting provider for help on this matter and check how it works.

If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hi,

But I know which plugin is to blame :).
That’s why I wrote to you, specifically that this only happens with variations with this timer. When I clear the cache, the caching plugin fixes it.
The problem is in caching. What I was asking at the beginning is what should I exclude (js / css).. from caching to eliminate this problem (for timers).

As I said, this problem does not occur with other products but only with variations.

    Hello,

We checked this countdown behavior and confirmed that it doesn’t disappear due to caching. Unfortunately, simply excluding the JS files from caching will not resolve the issue, but we will fix it in the next theme update.

    Best Regards,
