    Hi，i imported a jewelry template to my website. After the import, the homepage displays fine, but there are issues with the product pages—the images don’t show up, and the layout is messed up. Can you help me figure out what’s wrong?

    To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) and screenshots that illustrate the problem to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

    Thanks for details.

    I disabled Custom Single Product layout and default layout worked again.

    I kindly recommend you to rebuild the custom layout to see if it resolves the issue.
