Issue with Product Data Tabs in WooCommerce Admin – Tabs not switching

    Hello XTemos Support,

    I’m experiencing a problem with the WoodMart theme in the WordPress admin area when editing a product.

    In the “Product Data” panel (the one with tabs like General, Inventory, Shipping, etc. “Données Produits” in French), the vertical tabs are visible, but clicking on them does not change the content displayed. The URL updates with the correct hash (e.g., #shipping_product_data), but the interface remains stuck on the “General” tab.

    This happens in both Chrome and Safari, and persists even after updating the theme to the latest version. The issue is consistent across multiple products and user sessions.

    Could you please assist with identifying the cause and providing a fix?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    It’s working now. The issue was somehow related to the Mondial Relay plugin. I updated it to the latest version, and the back office is back to normal.
