ali_sinancParticipantHello, my client changed his facebook account password. Before that instagram api was connected with his old password.
I pressed disconnect from woodmart theme panel, then tried to reconnect with new password, i get an instant error telling me that “www.facebook.com refused to connect.”How to solve this issue? Any way to reset old api settings? Please advise.

ali_sinancParticipantI added 2 screenshots. First, woodmart instagram api screen on admin panel.
After I press connect, instantly the error on the second screen appears.
This happened after my client changed his password. It was connected fine before, I pressed disconnect. Then when I tried to reconnect with the new password, this started to happen. Any suggestions?Attachments:

I cannot provide the facebook login info.
I have given the instagram account on the private area.As I told before, the acount was connected fine before. Customer changed his facebook password.

In this case, please disable the child theme and confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation.

ali_sinancParticipantChild theme disabled and the instagram api should be disconnected already, since I pressed disconnect and the button states as “Connect” right now.

Please disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent themeAnd then recheck the issue.
