Navigate to Products > Categories > Edit Category > Change Image for categories navigation and category title.

I modified the category name and picture according to your steps. However, when I open the store page, there are suddenly no products. How can I fix this? (The products and categories are visible normally when accessing the store from the backend, but the products are not visible on the frontend.)

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

Another question is, although I changed the images in each category, the old images are still displayed when I go to the Shop page. Only when I click on a category will my modified images appear. How can I change the images on the Shop page?
