Carousel plus Promo banner

I just bought your Theme, and using it for a jewelry shop. There is a widget (however is called) – its on home page, it is made out of a carousel and a promo banner – on desktop it works very well, but on mobile the promo banner doesn’t show up. (it i is one of the reasons i bought – this combo of carousel and promo banner – please help me make it work)
Pleas advise.
I am a bit rookie in installing themes, and is very possible I made some mistakes, so please explain this like you explain someone that never saw widgets, and sttings…in woo commerce 🙂

Please navigate to Pages > Edit Home Page with Elementor.
Then, locate and edit the Container where the promo banner is added.
In the Advanced tab, open the Responsive settings and disable the “Hide on mobile” option for mobile and tablet. This will ensure the promo banner is visible on mobile devices.
