In the latest Elementor version, “Sections” have been replaced with the new Container element (Flexbox or Grid). That’s why you don’t see the option to create a Section manually anymore.
You need to enable the container to add something new. But, if you still want to use the old Section layout instead of Containers, you can re-enable it in Elementor -> Settings -> Features and set Flexbox Container to Inactive. After that, the “Add Section” option will appear again: https://prnt.sc/LdBegd22tJhW
However, please note that to use our theme dummy data, you will need to keep the Container option active, since the demos are built with the new Container system.
