alphamister69ParticipantHello guys.
Thank you for all support offered till now.
I just switch from my initial theme to your theme, and I just realized the videos are no longer present (they were linked to youtube – like yours ) – is there a way to import video to all products, and not manually take all products and re copy paste hundred links ? ^^
Thank you

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Can you please let us know how you added the videos in your previous theme?
For example, were they added in the product gallery, a custom video field, or somewhere else?Best Regards,

alphamister69ParticipantWell yes, it was manually added too (but no problem as I was already doing products one by one 🙂 – now I hit 100 and its pretty depressing … Anyways, it was manual copy/paste of the youtube link, inside the building page, on the right upper side, just bellow the box with published/ draft status

alphamister69ParticipantAnd yes, it was added at the end of your gallery ( customer point of view) – no possibility to put it in start of gallery or anywhere else

alphamister69ParticipantI exported my products, but I dont know what too look for – can I see my uploaded files (in your theme) if i export my products?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to say your screenshot is not working. Can you please share screenshot?
So, If the videos were manually added through the product page in your previous theme, those entries are not stored as standard WooCommerce product fields, but rather as custom content from that theme. This means they are not automatically imported into Woodmart.
Unfortunately, there’s no automatic way to bulk import these YouTube links into all products unless the links are stored in a consistent custom field.

alphamister69ParticipantLets say I have the links – correlated with product ID, can I upload ? If yes, how ?

alphamister69ParticipantWell, is not an inconvenient – i mean for a theme replacement, self done (first time in my life) i think your theme did pretty well, coz it your theme the one that guided me through all process.
So an upload tool for video, in your theme could be another boost of sales :)) kiddin.August 14, 2025 at 12:14 pm #680216
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Clarify which theme you have used before and which plugin you use for uploading a video to the product.
Also, access is not working – https://prnt.sc/798xcutWNV_-

alphamister69ParticipantHello there,
Te theme before yours was Boutique (bought also online – very disappointed) – there was not a plug in. I was copy/paste the youtube Video (like in your theme) but it was a separate block, square in page of product building – below this (attached) area
.Yes…forgot I changed pass. Sorry

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t have exactly the functionality for displaying video after images as you described. However, there are two other options:
Product video URL — a separate field in the product settings metabox where you can add a video link.
Video instead of image — in the product images metabox, you can replace any photo with a video.Regarding automatic video addition:
This is only possible for the Product video URL option. For example, through code:
update_post_meta( '{{product_id}}', '_woodmart_product_video', '{{video_url}}' );
If you need to automatically add video to the gallery, this is much more complicated. The reason is that the
woodmart_wc_video_gallery
meta field stores an array with video settings tied to the ID of each image, and adding such data automatically is technically not simple.Kind Regards

alphamister69ParticipantUnfortunately, our theme doesn’t have exactly the functionality for displaying video after images as you described. — NO, thats not unfortunate, I find it useless to have video after 8-10 pics.
I am perfectly fine, I love the way your theme puts the video attached to what ever thumbnail I chose. For the rest, what you are saying there .. .it is foreign language to me. I am owner of a small shop, trying to make it look as good as possible, and your theme helped me a lot. I will manually add my links, its a fair price paid to the beginner’s faults of buying stupid things n internet 🙂
thank you for your support, have a nice day!
