    Hello,

We are trying to make the website faster, but it loads too slowly, plus on mobile it takes like 10-15 seconds.

According to the speed vitals, our website has a C grade for desktop and an E grade for mobile, which is very bad.

Also, we created a coupon code via WooCommerce, but when I try it system says “Please enter a gift card code that follows the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, where X can be any letter or number.”

    WooCommerce created this code: 65pv45z2

Can you help us fix these issues?

    Hello,

May I disable the 3rd party plugins and enable the parent theme for testing?

    I await your response.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Yes, you can disable 3rd party plugins and enable the parent theme for testing, but please ensure that none of the site’s design elements or data are altered, corrupted, or lost during this process.

In this case, it would be better to create a staging site so I can make tests there. Or at least create a backup.

    I await your response.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Which will be better to do? Make a backup, deactivate all 3rd party plugins, and use the main theme?
Or shall we just deactivate unnecessary 3rd plugins without changing the theme?

    Best regards,

    Hello,

You can just deactivate 3rd plugins. Disable all plugins except these ones:

    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce

Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Kind Regards
