adding gift is not working on checkout

on cart screen is working great, but not on checkout screen.. any fix?

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Free Gifts, then enable the location option for “Checkout”.
If the issue remains, share the product page url where the free gift configure along with the wp logins details so i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

The total amount should be above 149nis and the user need to select one of the 2 options.
