    Hello,
After the WooCommerce update, single product pages stopped opening and products can’t be added to the cart. It looks like the page is loading, but it never finishes. The site is broken.
If this issue can’t be resolved soon, I may have to switch to a different theme, which I would really prefer not to do, as I like Woodmart and have already invested time into it.
Please help me fix this as soon as possible.
    Best regards,

    Hello,

I have checked your site, and the single product pages are loading correctly, and the Add to Cart button is working fine with the Woodmart theme.

No, the issue was resolved because I downgraded WooCommerce to an older version. I’ve set up a staging environment at testalani.avelkonshop.com, and since it’s running the latest version of WooCommerce, the issue is visible there.

I had to shut down the test environment I created at testalani.avelkonshop.com because it was consuming my server resources on Hostinger. This issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible since this is a site where sales are taking place. How can we solve this?

    Hello,

To proceed, I recommend the following steps:

    1. Enable the latest WooCommerce version on a staging environment.

    2. Deactivate all plugins not related to the theme and activate the parent theme if you are using a child theme and check if the issue persists.

    3. If it works fine, reactivate plugins one by one to identify the conflicting one.

    4. If the issue still persists with only WooCommerce and Woodmart active, please share the wp logins details of your staging site, So, we can investigate this directly on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards
