    Hello!
    I have configured the “Waitlist” service, which is the default setting for the Woodmart theme. We have two issues with the emails that customers receive when they sign up for the waiting list. I am attaching a screenshot.

    Firstly, as you can see, the email header says “Good news! The product you have been waiting for is now available!” but obviously this is incorrect because this email should only confirm registration, it should not say that the product is available, because it is not yet available.
    I searched the php file where all the other texts are, but it’s not there, I don’t understand where it gets it from.

    Secondly, the product name is in Italian, but in this case it should be in English, because I registered on the English version of the site.

    Can you help me?

    Update: I managed to change the header.
    The problem remains that the product is in Italian, even in emails in English…

    Hi, thank you!
    I tried three different browsers, but I didn’t get any errors, so if I contact my hosting provider, I don’t know what to tell them, because everything looks fine to me.
    Maybe it was a temporary error?

    I have set up a backup, and the website is now visible again.
    Please do not perform any updates, especially to Woocommerce, otherwise the website will crash (we are trying to resolve this issue as well, but we have not yet identified the cause).
    As for the email arriving in English with the product in Italian: I have updated all the products in English but the problem persists… Perhaps we have a problem with WPML?

    We have checked this and did not notice the issue you mentioned. We went to the product page, switched the language to English, added the product to the Waitlist, then changed the stock status, and we received an email in English, including the product name (https://monosnap.com/file/Begc1vHa1QzNxS70nv2ylpBSu22urp).

    Could you please check again if this issue still exists and provide us with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce it?

    thank you very much for testing it.

    Unfortunately, however, that is not the problem. Perhaps I did not explain myself clearly.
    The product in Italian is displayed in the email you receive when you sign up for the waiting list (not in the email you receive when the product is available again).
    In other words, on the out-of-stock product page, when you enter your email address, you receive an email confirming your registration on the list. This is the email where I see the name of the product in Italian, inside the email in English…

    This is really strange, because the email you receive is different from the one I receive!
