Request to Deactivate My WoodMart Purchase Code

    Hello XTemos Support,

    I hope you are doing well.

    I recently reset/reinstalled my WordPress website, and now when I try to activate my WoodMart theme, I get the following error:

    “It seems that this purchase code is already activated. You can deactivate it in your account on our website.”

    My current domain is: handasa-eg.com

    Could you please deactivate the code from the old installation so I can re-activate it on my current website?
