my website look different in actual browsing !

Hello dear ..
I made so many changes in the theme after installing it
and i was using a different theme in the past
but now i am facing some issues to make the website better
but now i dont understand why its different in dashboard version arranged better than in regular browsing page
*Note : you can tell from the attached images that header and footer is arranged ( Safari ) and other images is not in chrome browser .
its not about the browser its in editing mode looks better
