    Hi, sorry its not fixed. It was a cache thing which showed the site. Now i cleared the server cache. Can you please check again?

    To assist you in the best possible manner, I need FTP account to enable debug log and this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient. I tried to install file manager plugin but it is not allowed to do.

    Hi, due to its a live website with monthly traffic 15k i cannot keep the error screen for long time. So what i did it, i reverted the older backups and created a staging site for you to check the error. I will give the details of that below:

    Hi reni2040,

    First of all, taking my deep appreciation for your patience.

    I enabled debug log and got this issue:

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class XTS\Modules\Layouts\Free_Gifts, because the name is already in use

    It looks like you didn’t update the theme properly. Try to delete the theme folder and then upload the latest version of the theme.
