Issue with WoodMart Theme Activation

Hi,
I added the WoodMart theme to an existing website. The previous license, activated by the former developer, was showing as “unauthorized,” and we don’t have access to it. We purchased a new license and replaced the old theme with it.
However, I cannot see anything under the WoodMart menu in the dashboard — everything appears blank. Because of this, I am unable to activate the new license.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
