Cart and Checkout Layouts Undefined

I am using Woodmart Child theme and whenever I try to create a layout for Cart and Checkout pages, I am redirected to 404 Error page and the layouts are undefined. I duplicated the site on staging environment and tried switching to Child and Parent theme but no changes. Then I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one by one to find that the issue is coming due to WP Loyalty plugin. How can it be fixed?

After checked the issue, and unfortunately, WoodMart Layouts is currently incompatible with the WP Loyalty plugin. This is a problem on the plugin side, since it is the plugin that breaks this functionality.
For specialized assistance and potential solutions, I kindly suggest that you reach out directly to the author plugin’s support team , who are better equipped to provide you with the guidance you requires .
