unlimiteddcoParticipantWhen I try to add logos to the branding section, I can’t do it. I upload the photos it asks for and hit refresh. Once I do this, the page appears to save and returns to the empty state it was at the beginning.
I don’t know how to fix it.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi unlimiteddco,
Thanks for reaching to us.
I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and WooCommerce plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

unlimiteddcoParticipantHi, I tried it and it still doesn’t work properly when I do what you told me.
What can we do?
Thanks

unlimiteddcoParticipantAlso, doing this has cleared all the filters I had set up for my store….

unlimiteddcoParticipantI also don’t understand why the icons that were visible before aren’t showing up in my filters now…

Hung PhamKeymasterHi unlimiteddco,
Thanks for your patience.
1. Brands logos
+ Try to increase the
PHP Max Input Vars
parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration. You can contact your hosting provider for help on this matter and check how it works.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/requirements-wordpress-set-up/+ You should deactivate all plugins (except WoodMart Core, Elementor and WooCommerce Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
2. Filters
I see these are displaying well, please let me know if you resolved it.

unlimiteddcoParticipantRegarding the filters, this is a test I did, because when you told me to deactivate the theme, they were all deleted… So when I tried to put them back in, I got the option to put them with icons like they were before. You can check it yourself. Before, it let me put icons in each filter attribute, but now they don’t appear.
I hope you can help me. We’re going to publish the website soon, and now this has happened. Thanks.
