estelle.rParticipantHello,
When I log out of WordPress, the settings I made with Elementor seem to disappear from my site. Once I log back in, they reappear correctly.
For example, when logged out:
the fonts change,
the mobile version no longer respects the configured margins,
on the desktop version, the promo banner doesn’t display the 3 blocks side by side but shows one per line instead.
It feels as though the changes made to the template with Elementor are not being applied. Could you please help me fix this issue?
Thank you in advance.-

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Navigate to Elementor -> Tools -> Clear files & Data, Also Make sure both the theme and Elementor are updated to the latest version.
Clear your site cache and also clear your server cache/CDN (if enabled).
If the issue remains, share the wp login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

estelle.rParticipantHello, I’m sorry but the issue is still persisting. When I’m logged out of WordPress, the Elementor changes (especially margins) are no longer working. You showed me the mobile version, but the biggest problem is actually on the laptop version. Please check the site before logging in, as there seem to be two different versions. Even after clearing the cache multiple times, nothing changes. Could you please help me with this? Please find attached the laptop version. The mobile problems persist also.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please see this screenshot. I have checked your site as logged out: https://postimg.cc/v14QxhCV
I recommend trying to access the site using a different browser or in incognito mode to see if the issue persists.

estelle.rParticipantHello,
The issue is still persisting. I feel that my explanation might not be fully understood: every day, the page design keeps changing. The only time the site displays the correct design I created is when I am logged into my WordPress dashboard. Once I log out, the design changes again.
For example, today the homepage looks fine, but yesterday it was different, and tomorrow it will likely change again. If you check the “About” or “Contact” pages today, you’ll see that the margins and overall design are not being respected.
I have tested this on different browsers, including Google Chrome and Safari in private mode, and the issue remains the same. Please find attached the screenshots taken from Google Chrome for reference.Thank you in advance for your help.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please try deactivating all third-party plugins and keep only the theme-required plugins active. After that, switch to the default theme and check if the issue still exists. This will help us confirm whether the problem is coming from the theme or from one of the plugins.
If the issue is solved with the default theme, then you can activate the plugins one by one to find the conflict. If it still persists, please keep the third-party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can investigate further.
Best Regards,
