Can not delete Woocommerce plugin

Hello,
why is it that I can not delete the woocommerce plugin from the wp-admin, even if all plugins are disabled and I switch to a different theme. Is there a conflict between woodmart and woo?

Hello thanks for the answer, but the problem is that my delete button is greyed out, and I can see that on more than 1 site I use Woodmarts theme. Is there any connection to it? If I disable woocommerce and I try to enable it I can not. When disabling all other plugins, then I can enable wocommerce back on but the delete button is still greyed out even when all other plugins are disabled. Something is conflicting here and not just on one site.
Might that be realated to your theme?
