Rob SprengerParticipantGood afternoon,
I use the Advanced Product Fields Extended plugin for WooCommerce to easily use price tiers. I’ve noticed something while working on the website. I haven’t installed or updated any plugins.
The issue:
When I select a product variation and add it to my cart, WooCommerce/Woodmart automatically adds product variation 1 to my cart, including the selected product variation. I’ve already checked whether plugins were the cause, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to pinpoint the cause yet.Could you please take a look at what this could be?
Thanks a lot so far en greetings,
Rob Sprenger, Apeldoorn The Netherlands.Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Try to disable the AJAX add to cart option in Theme Settings and test how it works. This option is not compatible with plugins that add extra fields to the add to cart form.
Kind Regards

Rob SprengerParticipantThanks a lot for the quick reply. I’ve disable the AJAX add to cart option but that’s unfortunately not the issue. It still adds product variation 1.

Artem TemosKeymasterAs I can see, the AJAX add to cart is still enabled on your website. Could you please send us a screenshot from your Theme Settings so we can verify that you disabled the right option?

Rob SprengerParticipantThe print screen is attached. I’ve tested it yesterday and it didn’t solve the issue, so i’ve turned it back on.

Artem TemosKeymasterAs I can see, it works without any problems at the moment. Try to clear the cache and test from your end.

Rob SprengerParticipantHmmm, i’ve tested it and it still adds ‘variation 1’ extra to the cart. See the print screen. I’ve selected variation option 4 with a total of 5 items of this sticker, and the cart shows 6 items in total. The first item in the cart (in the yellow frame) is the first option of the variation product. I really have no idea what to do. Can ik overwrite the theme files? Is that an option? Greetings Rob

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, I can still do this from time to time. Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily, switch to the parent theme and send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong.

Rob SprengerParticipantThanks for the reply! I’ve followed the steps and All in One SEO Pro plugin is the cause of this issue. Tested with different browsers and it works fine right now. So I will contact them. Thanks for the help and keep up the good work! Love this theme 😉
Greetings Rob.
