PHP Error after Wp Bakery Update over Woodmart

Hello everyone,
we are having a problem with the WP-Bakery update; all other updates are working. Both the update via the Woodmart plugin area and the download via XTEMOS and manual upload cause a PHP error. Whenever we restore the previous version on the server side, the shop works again.
We have added the displayed log error and the error message from the email to the private area. We urgently need support here so that we can update as usual again.

Would it be possible to set up a staging site so that you can test everything? Since this is a live shop, we cannot disable its functions indefinitely. You are welcome to give us an exact time next week, and we will make the live site available to you for two hours without any additional plugins. If the staging option is possible, we would like to choose this route.
Of course, it would be better to have a staging website for such kind of tests and troubleshooting.
We have now staged the site and tried to reproduce the error here as well. The update went through without any problems here. We now assume that the problem is on the server side (PHP, Opcache, etc.). We are currently in contact with the hosting support team. Can you think of anything else that could be causing the problem?
