Hey, i’ve got some trouble on the AJAX/CSS related to a “Product Styles” :
    – There’s a tooltip showing up, but no settings seems to be available to disable it, is the only way to remove it via custom css ?
    – Style on hover is broken (see picture1)
    — I’ve got a second topic, which might be related to this, when I switch Product styles’ hover to any other than the one on picture1, nothing is clickable, I tried some basic css (cursor: pointer) but it might be JS related (see picture2).

    Notes :
    – I have no custom JS nor CSS, the only changes I may have done are toggling some Theme settings.
    – I imported the ‘organic’ demo and started from there
    – My plugins are all up to date

    Thanks

    Hello,

Navigate to > Theme Settings > Performance > JS > Advanced scripts controls > set the Tooltips library Never Load. https://snipboard.io/2UezWO.jpg

If you face product style issues, share the WP login details, and we will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

hey Aizaz, thanks for your feedback, I was not notified..
It’s fine for the tooltip now, but i’m afraid the second, and main part of my issue have not been address yet.

Could you please get back to me please ?

    As a reminder :

I’ve got a second topic, which might be related to this, when I switch Product styles’ hover to any other than the one on picture1, nothing is clickable, I tried some basic css (cursor: pointer) but it might be JS related (see picture2).

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,
