shwetaParticipantHello Team,
I have shared a video link with you. The issue is that my cart always shows 0 items in the header, even though there are actually 2 items in the cart. When I check the cart page or the mini cart, the items are displayed correctly, but in the header section, it still shows 0.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance
September 5, 2025 at 6:19 am #684558
shwetaParticipantActually, the cart is inconsistent. At times there are 2 items in the cart, and in the header it shows 0. At times, there are 0 items in the cart, it shows 2 or 3. Sharing login details below.

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily so we can check how it works without plugins.
September 5, 2025 at 9:14 am #684599
shwetaParticipantDone.
September 5, 2025 at 9:31 am #684610
shwetaParticipantLooks like it functioning. Lemme keep this under observation. We also did activation one by one and found the issue is coming from WP Rocket. We are also using a helper plugin by WP rocket “WP Rocket | Deactivate WooCommerce Refresh Cart Fragments Cache”.
If you have a solution in mind, please let us know.

shwetaParticipantWe are facing an issue with the cart counter in the header linked with mini cart.
Behavior observed:
• The mini cart updates correctly when products are added or quantities are changed.
• The header cart icon also updates correctly on all quantity changes, except in one specific case.
• When the quantity is reduced from 1 to 0 directly from the mini cart, the header icon does not refresh.
• From the main cart page, reducing the quantity to 0 (removing the last item) updates the header icon as expected.
• Reducing the quantity from 1 to 0 from cart page (not mini cart) updates the cart icon in header well.Steps already taken:
• Tested after deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and core plugins.
• Also tested with Storefront theme, where the issue does not appear.
• The Issue persists only with Woodmart, so it looks like a theme-specific bug.Reference videos (recorded today with timestamp) showing the issue:

Kindly fix this, it is affecting the business.September 6, 2025 at 5:06 pm #684848
shwetaParticipantAdditional observation:
If I refresh the page after removing the last item from the mini cart, the header cart icon then correctly shows zero. This makes me wonder if there is some internal caching or fragment not being refreshed by the theme’s mini cart script when the cart goes from 1 to 0.September 6, 2025 at 5:11 pm #684849
shwetaParticipantIt is not only the mini cart. The header cart icon also does not update from 1 to 0 when the last item is removed directly from the main cart page. The icon only shows zero after a full page refresh. This confirms it is not a plugin conflict but a missing refresh of the header fragment in the “cart emptied” state.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe are also using a helper plugin by WP rocket “WP Rocket | Deactivate WooCommerce Refresh Cart Fragments Cache”.
This plugin actually disables the mini cart fragments refresh function. You need to disable it and test how it works.

shwetaParticipantYou are mixing everything. This plugin is disabled. Kindly refer to my update September 6, 2025 at 4:53 pm

shwetaParticipantCan we please expedite the response?
September 8, 2025 at 2:54 pm #685091
Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, it works correctly at the moment. You need to clear the cache and test again. Also, check in different browsers.
September 8, 2025 at 3:12 pm #685095
shwetaParticipant– Broswer tried: opera, firefox and chrome.
– Device tried: Zenbook pro duo, Macbook pro, Samsung S24, Oneplus nord2t
– Broadband tried: Airter broadband, Airtel 5g hotspotAll browser cache was cleared before testing. There is no cache plugin in the website. Hostinger cache is permanently off.
Right now, the issue is resolved for laptops but still stands as it is for mobile devices.
Sir, with due respect, we have never bothered you so much but trust us. Nobody will be nore happy than us if this is resolved.

shwetaParticipantAlso, now it looks like working in mobile as well.. don’t know the issue. Is there any cache within the theme?
September 8, 2025 at 3:58 pm #685111
shwetaParticipantHave you disabled all the plugins?
September 8, 2025 at 5:26 pm #685124
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
When we cleared the browser cache, it started working correctly. Here is a video https://gyazo.com/a13ea4a61e830737ee9adcd81821ba46

September 8, 2025 at 6:07 pm #685143
