Woodmart Barn2media Product tabs for woocommerce

    Good morning,

    I use “Barn2media Product tabs for Woocommerce” for my product tabs.

    I have 3 tabs: Description / Documentation / Request for information.

    The “Documentations” tab is related to the Barn2media Document Library Pro plugin.

    My problem is:

    In Computer resolution: The tabs appear as they should.

    In Tablet resolution: The tabs appear properly but I am missing the “Request for information” tab (provided by the Marketing plugin)

    In Smartphone Resolution: The titles of the “Description” and “Documentation” tabs are doubled (the “request for information” tab is not).

    I hope you can give me answers to these problems.

    Hello,

    I checked your site, and currently, the tabs are not displaying at all on both mobile and tablet views. Since the issue is coming from third-party plugins, I recommend first checking the plugin settings for responsive behavior.

    If the issue remains, could you please check once how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme’s issue or not?

    If the issue still remains, share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    Good morning,

    Thank you for your quick response.
    You tell me that “the tabs are not displaying at all on both mobile and tablet views” : they are displaying on my side in accordion (for mobile) and in tabs (for tablet)…What you tell me scares me !

    I’ve already checked the plugin settings for responsive behavior and it does not seem that is the problem.

    May I ask you to look at it quickly if you can please ?

    Hello,

    Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile and check.

     .wd-accordion-title {
      display: none !important;
  }

    Hello,

    Since your intervention, I have lost the “main menu” and the “description” tab of the products.

    Also, the CSS code you sent me doesn’t change anything… Thank you anyway!

    I managed to put back the “Tab description” but I can’t put the “main menu” back (I don’t understand why it disappeared and that the sentence “Create your first navigation menu here and add it to the “Main menu” location” appears..(?)

    Can you help me on this ?
