WoodMart licenses are sold via ThemeForest only. They are one‑time purchases (not recurring), and you manage activations and purchase codes in your XTemos account. The Subscriptions section in your XTemos account is not related to ThemeForest licenses, so it’s normal to see “No active subscriptions” there if you haven’t bought any XTemos‑managed subscription product.
If you extend support for a WoodMart license on ThemeForest, you can refresh the support period in your XTemos account by clicking the Update button in the dashboard. You can also view and manage your purchase codes and activations there.
