srdjan.jovanovicParticipantWhen it’s on, it works async on Firefox only. It reloads page on Chrome and Safari. Is there an solution for this?
Test in FF vs Chrome.I can see that on your demo everything works as expected.

srdjan.jovanovicParticipantI forgot to mention:
– I’ve removed child theme – issue remained
– I’ve deactivated caching and wordfence plugin – issue remained
I’ve ran out of the ideas. Please help.September 8, 2025 at 10:27 am #685002
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

srdjan.jovanovicParticipantHello.
This is a webshop, working webshop. Unfortunatelly, I can’t do that on prod.
But I did that on my local env, and I can see same behaviour. I’ve left only- WooCommerce
- WPBakery Page Builder
- XTEMOS Post Types plugin
to be enabled.
I’m not using rev slider, because it is a bit complicated for my clients, and using slides instead. So that’s the reason rev slider isn’t listed above. And it behaves like before. I didn’t noticed this earlier, because I’m using Firefox as my default browser. Can we set up an online meeting with screen share instead?
If the admin access is really needed for you to check everything I’ll grant you an access. Which email I need to use in such case?
Thank you for you response.
Bye,

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
Kind Regards

srdjan.jovanovicParticipantHello,
Instead of giving vague and general advice(s), it would be so much more helpful to provide detailed guidance. I’ve provided a plugin list, server info, etc. You could say, for that functionality(ajax shop filters) you would need to add the _pjax parameter in some plugin that creates such redirect. Please deactivate all plugins (mainly caching or SEO) and try to pinpoint the one that causes the redirect.
I spent an entire day troubleshooting a redirect issue that was caused by a _pjax parameter in your theme, a parameter you haven’t mentioned at all and which is directly connected to shop AJAX functionality. This parameter simply needed to be added to Yoast SEO’s allowed parameters list.
A hint about this, or guidance to check cache/SEO plugin settings, would have saved a lot of unnecessary time and frustration — instead of asking for admin access or a staging environment.
In the future, please provide actionable advice or pointers first; it makes a huge difference in efficiency and problem-solving.
Bye,
