If you reset the site and can’t reactivate the theme, please try these steps:
1) Activate the license
– Go to WoodMart -> Theme license (or use the Setup Wizard) and enter your ThemeForest purchase code to activate.
2) If you see “already activated” or activation limit reached
– Log in to your XTemos account: https://xtemos.com/my-account/
– Open Your purchase codes, find your code, and click Deactivate next to the old domain.
– Return to your site and activate the theme again with the same purchase code.
– If this is a staging/test site, check the Development Domain option during activation. One license allows 1 live domain and 1 development domain.
3) If you need your purchase code
– ThemeForest account -> Downloads -> WoodMart -> Download -> License certificate & purchase code.
If activation still fails, please share the exact error message you see so we can advise further.
