    Hi,

CookiesYes blocking some js and hamburger menu, sliders doesn’t work until customers accept cookies and reload the page. How to fix that?

CookiesYes said it is like that because scripts are not marked as necessary and are blocked until user accepts cookies.

They told me to move these cookies to necessary. How is should now which they are?

    Hello

The issue you are experiencing with CookiesYes blocking certain JavaScript files, including the hamburger menu and sliders, is related to how the plugin manages script categories based on user consent. This behavior is controlled entirely by the CookiesYes plugin settings, not by the WoodMart theme.

To resolve this, you need to identify which scripts are essential for your site’s basic functionality and mark them as necessary within the CookiesYes plugin settings. Unfortunately, our theme does not categorize scripts for cookie consent purposes, so we recommend consulting the CookiesYes documentation or reaching out to their support for guidance on correctly categorizing your scripts.

    Regards
